This V block is designed to suit a range of clamps to assist in fixturing and clamping round parts and square to round parts. These V blocks assist in clamping round stock while more evenly distributing the clamping pressure to minimise the risk of damaging components. The smooth aluminium anodised finish protects from marking or scratching parts or imbedding carbon from steel clamps into stainless/reactive metals.

Featuring a secondary recess large enough to accept a range of clamp feet keeps the V block centred and prevents the clamp from slipping out. While mainly designed for use with clamps they can also be used to assist with layout and fixturing of round parts on a bench or keep round parts stationary.

Anodised Bright/Gloss red for easy visibility and surface protection.

Best suited for clamping 25mm - 63mm tubing.
Minimum clamping capacity 19mm round to flat.
